President Al Sisi was accompanied by PM Moustafa Madbouli, the CBE Governor Tarek Amer, and a group of other ministers in his tour at the pavilion of Banque Misr, the platinum sponsor of the forum.
The president recognized the bank’s achievements in the digital technology sector, as Banque Misr’s Vice Chairman, Akef Abdel Latif, presented some state-of-art technologies deployed by the bank, targeting its services to be accessible for the youth in various governorates. It is worth noting that Banque Misr is the first Egyptian bank to provide an interactive conversation “Chat Bot” service on its website to better serve customers 24 hours a day.
The bank showcased its experience at offering the auto assistant “Chat Bot” service for responding to customer inquiries and offering the assistance 24/7; it also provides the most effective solutions to analyze customer inquiries through a deep look into the data. Banque Misr affirms its leading role in digital transformation technology through the auto assistant. Therefore, Banque Misr is committed to carrying out several activities to ensure achieving the financial inclusion by providing banking services for every Egyptian citizen all over the nation.
