Banque Misr is a regular exhibitor in Egypt’s biggest IT event; however this year’s participation featured a huge and breathtaking booth. A highly-trained team provided detailed information about BM activities, products and services to all visitors.
The bank is connected around the clock with its customers via high-tech communication tools, including the phone banking on 19888 supported by a state-of-the-art technology, which enables customers to contact our representatives or the IVR service 24/7 including weekends.
In addition, the banks has a vast ATM network, which comprises 1100 machines nationwide, enabling customers to withdraw or deposit money all the time and everywhere, not to mention our electronically connected network of branches comprising 490 branches nationwide, that operate as one branch, in order to make it easier for customers to complete their financial transactions and services at their convenience.
