Purchasing a Belady Certificate

Firstly: Banque Misr expatriate customers:

  • Download Belady Certificate files `
  • Print out and fill in the purchasing form, including your bank's authorized signature Here
  • Fill in the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) form (W9), including your full name, address, SNN number, and waiver's date & signature. If you have American citizenship, include whether it was acquired or by birthright, or if you hold a green card Here
  • Customers who are residents of the USA, please fill in the Declaration form.
  • Customers who are residents and not citizens of the USA, please fill in the W-8Ben form.
  • Scan the purchasing form and the FATCA form (W9), Copy of bank transfer / Swift and Copy of ID and send to the following email address:    bmbelady@banquemisr.com,
  • Making sure to mention "Belady Certificate", account number, and the branch where the account was initially opened  
  • Send the original documents to the following address: 30 Roushdy Street, In front of Abdeen Court, Downtown, Banque Misr Tower, 3rd Floor, Cairo, Egypt
  • The transfer details should also be mentioned in the purchasing email, including the transferor name "the certificate purchaser", the transferring bank. In all cases, please mention Belady Certificate and the customer name "the certificate purchaser" in the purchasing request issued to Banque Misr- Cairo.
  • Upon request, a scanned copy of the certificate will be sent to you via email, following the verification of your documents.  

            

Secondly: Non-customer expatriates:

  • Download Belady Certificate files here
  • Print out and fill in the purchasing form Here
  • Fill in the "Know Your Customer" form Here
  • Fill in the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) form (W9), including your full name, address, SNN number, waiver's date and signature, If you have American citizenship, include whether it was acquired or by birthright, or if you hold a green card Here
  • Customers who are residents of the USA, please fill in the Declaration form.
  • Customers who are residents and not citizens of the USA, please fill in the W-8Ben form.
  • Scan the purchasing form and the FATCA form (W9), Copy of bank transfer / Swift and Copy of ID and send to the following email address:    bmbelady@banquemisr.com,
  • The customer is asked to send the original documents to the following address: 30 Roushdy Street, In front of Abdeen Court, Downtown, ​Banque Misr Tower, 3rd Floor, Cairo, Egypt

Please mention the certificate name and purchaser name at the transfer request. Please be informed that the purchasing request will not be considered, unless the certificate value is transferred to Banque Misr as per the transfer details stated above.
