| The EGP 2.3 billion joint facilitation contract has been signed between The Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil) and Banque Misr, the CIB, HSBC, and NSGB as primary covering guarantees. This deal was one of the biggest financing and funding deals. Banque Misr led this coalition to prepare the funding necessary for establishing Mobinil’s capital expansions and the funding and financing of all its investments. Banque Misr as an agent and director of the loan coordinated between Mobinil and the participating banks, so that there would be comprehensive teamwork reaching the best work mechanism and facilitating conditions. |
