- Mohamed Ozalp is Vice Chairman of Banque Misr and has been a Board Member since 2002.
- Prior to him joining Banque Misr, Mr. Ozalp spent 24 years at Misr International Bank (MIBank), gaining experience in various areas of the bank and reaching the post of Senior General Manager and member of the Executive Committee.
- Mr. Ozalp has held many Board memberships and official positions throughout his career among which are: Member of the Egypt-US President's Council, Member of the Board and Treasurer of the Egyptian Bank's Association, Member of the Board of Misr International Bank, Member of the Board and ExCo of Arab Italian Bank (Rome), Chairman of Board of Directors of the Egypt Fund, Executive Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce (Egypt), Member of the Board of Cairo and Alexandria Stock Exchange, Member of Board of the Egyptian Mortgage Refinance Company. In 2000 Mr. Ozalp Founded and was the president of Ozone Financial Consultants.
- Mr. Ozalp holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Whittier College and has attended various intensive training programs at the First National Bank of Chicago.
