Mr. Mohammed Naguib has over 32 years of experience in the fields of banking and finance, holding a number of prestigious positions over the year
.
Before joining the International Company for Leasing (Incolease) in 2001 as General Manager and later on as Managing Director, Mr. Mohammed spent 22 years at Misr International Bank, garnering ban king experience in credit, risk management, and marketing. The positions he held at the Bank included General Manager of Credit and Risk Management and General Manager of Credit and Marketing. His current position at Incolease as Managing Director sees him making executive plans, creating policies, and preparing periodical performance activity reports.
Over the years, Mr. Mohammed has held a number of non-executive board positions in a diverse range of companies such as Glaxo Wellcome, Misr Exterior Bank, National Bank of Egypt, General Authority for Investment, GB Auto, Civil Aviation Financial Holding Company, Smart Card Applications Company, Misr Real Estate Asset Management Company, National Fund Management Company, Middle East Glass Company, Steelco, and Allweiler Farid.
Mr. Mohammed’s experience also extends to academia as he has over 13 years of experience in the field, holding a number of teaching positions at distinguished organizations. These include; Lecturer at the American University in Cairo’s (AUC) School of Business Administration, the AUC’s Banking Finance Institute, and the German Chamber of Commerce (in the field of banking and credit analysis).
Mr. Mohammed’s professional experience has been backed up by a solid academic background as he has a B.Sc. in Accounting from Cairo University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the AUC, and a Fellowship from the American Association of Certified Chartered Accountants. Additionally, he has attended a number of training programs in different fields including Industrial Projects Assessment, International Banking – Midland Bank, Egyptian Banking Leadership Program- Chase Manhattan Bank, International Bank Projects – First National Bank of Chicago, among many others.
Throughout his long career, Mr. Mohammed has accomplished many achievements among which are participating in the preparation of the draft modifications for the leasing law and discussing its clauses in the Egyptian Parliament in 2001, and preparing a risk assessment system for Misr International Bank in 1998. Additionally, he is a member of the American, French, and German Chambers of Commerce, the Egyptian Junior Business Men Association, and the American Association of Certified Chartered Accountants. Mr. Mohammed Naguib is also a Certified Chartered Accountant in the State of Colorado, USA. |
