                            Banque Misr Makes Notable Contribution to Cairo ICT 2010

In line with the developments occurring in the information and communication technology (ICT) field, and out of Banque Misr’s belief in ICT’s necessary role in the development of any society both economically and socially, the Bank’s contribution to this year’s ICT Conference and Exhibition was notably effective.

Banque Misr has been keen on contributing to this conference for the past few years. This year the Bank was present at the exhibition through a large booth, through which it presented visitors with information about its various services. Furthermore, a GPS enabled ATM machine was present at the booth to provide visitors with deposit and withdrawal services. Banque Mir was also present in the sales area, promoting its retail banking products including its range of payment cards and a number of different loans, such as car loans, personal loans, and small and medium project loans.

It is worth mentioning that Banque Misr communicates with its clients around the clock through various specialized communication channels such as the telephone banking service -19888- which utilizes the latest glob al technologies, customer service executives, or the IVR automatic voice service which operates 24/7.

Banque Misr operates an ATM network comprising of 700 machines distributed across Egypt, through which clients can make deposits and withdrawals 24/7. The Bank also operates 470 electronically linked branches which function as one branch, thereby simplifying procedures for clients and giving them access to their accounts wherever they are.

Banque Misr constantly aims to strengthen the relationship with its clients by being present in various conferences and exhibitions where it can provide distinguished banking products and services that cater to all segments.
