The foremost objective of BM's initiative is to attract outstanding cadres to work at the bank and to preserve its leadership in the Egyptian banking sector as well. Additionally, the bank is keen to develop cadres of young graduates, who possess the required basic and technical level of banking career, through the EBI; which is considered a scientific institution that has considerable experience in the field of training and qualifying employees for the banking sector in Egypt.
Furthermore, the initiative will provide employment opportunities for those who meet the bank's entry requirements and who pass the qualifying program and all qualifying exams to join the bank. Banque Misr adopts a leading role in developing the human resources from its belief that they are the institution's assets where its strength lies in their enlightened cadres.
