Banque Misr Wins “Best Banking Brand Award” from Global Banking and Finance Review

Banque Misr recently won the Best Banking Brand Award – Egypt 2020, from the Global Banking and Finance Review magazine, which is granted to the best brand in accordance with a number of technical criteria through which the results of the nominated banks are analyzed in all sectors for that year. Award assessments are based on a set of specialized criteria associated with the performance and strategies adopted by the nominated institutions; whereby the magazine selects the winner pursuant to the evaluation made by a select panel of experts in various fields. Worth noting is that Banque Misr had previously attained the Best Corporate Brand Award – Egypt 2020, from Global Brands magazine.
All in all, the Bank has reaped 23 awards in various business areas in 2019, from several global organizations in appreciation and recognition of its accomplishments and efforts in various sectors, owing to it being one of the pillars of the national economy and the first bank to be wholly owned by Egyptians. Banque Misr was originally established for the purpose of contributing to the prosperity of society and for some 100 years, it has been true to its long-held commitment; putting the interests and needs of citizens high on its list of priorities.
