This service allows customers to:
- Inquire about the last five transactions on accounts (current account, savings account).
- Request an account statement (current and savings accounts) to be sent to customer via mail, fax or e-mail, according to the customer's preferences.
- Inquire about the last five transactions undertaken using the customer's credit card.
- Request an account statement for the credit card to be sent to customer via mail, fax or e-mail, according to the customer's preferences.
- Request a checkbook to be received from Banque Misr branch in which the customer originally opened the account.
- Change the passcode for the IVR service.
