Banque Misr celebrated the accomplished women leaders of the Super She initiative at Banque Misr on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, in the presence of:
• Prof. Dr. Maya Morsy, President of the National Council for Women
• Mr. Akef El-Maghraby, Vice Chairman of Banque Misr
• Mr. Hany El Samra, Head of Human Resources Sector at Banque Misr
Also in attendance were a distinguished group of the bank's leaders and colleagues who successfully completed the preliminary stage of the Super She initiative.

4. Encouraging Learning and Participation: Empowering young women leaders to engage in continuous learning, active participation, and the promotion of a culture of change in the workplace.
5. Overcoming Challenges and Biases: Addressing the challenges and biases that women often encounter in executive roles, with the aim of creating a more inclusive work environment.
6. Optimizing Energy and Capabilities: Assisting women in leveraging their energy and capabilities to their full potential.
7. Providing Opportunities for Growth: Ensuring that women have access to the right opportunities to build their future careers within the bank.
