Banque Misr Offers Loyalty Program Benefits for its BM Youth Customers in Partnership with Fawry

Feb 06, 2020 12:00 AM
Banque Misr, in ensuring that its BM Youth customers capitalize on the benefits offered by the program, has made the benefits of the loyalty scheme available via the electronic Fawry System for customers within the age group of 16 to 30; having concluded an agreement with Fawry, the leading platform for digital transformation and electronic payments. This is to allow young customers the opportunity to utilize discounts offered by several brands when using various cards issued by Banque Misr to pay for purchases, as well as vouchers when maintaining the minimum limit required in the premium savings account.

Worth noting is that the BM Youth program offers 3 banking cards; the first being the prepaid TEENS Card, which is specifically designed for young people under 16 years of age for use in their financial transactions safely and conveniently. The card may be issued without the need to open an account at any of Banque Misr’s branches. The second card is the BM Debit Card issued for the age group 16 to 21; and the third is the GO Card for customers whose ages range from 21 to 30 years. By virtue of this program, young customers are able to avail instant discounts offered by more than 70 brands; including gyms, car care centers, restaurants and other promotions.

Banque Misr is considered one of the first banks to launch electronic banking services via mobile phone through the banking mobile application. The Bank has also offered a mobile payment service via the BM Wallet application, which allows customers to transfer money from Banque Misr’s wallet to any other wallet in Egypt; in addition to withdrawing from and depositing to the wallet via more than 8000 ATMs nationwide. Banque Misr is also the first bank to provide purchasing technology from points of sale and websites with a QR code for mobile wallet clients. Furthermore, the Bank has also, and for the first time in Egypt, automated access to financing micro enterprises by providing immediate services.

Banque Misr consistently seeks to update and advance its products and services – while devising innovative communication channels that measure up to the needs of its customers – for the purpose of rendering its services more effectively, using the most cutting-edge technologies available.
